To book The Team for your next event you need to:

1. Determine the date(s) of your event.
2. Determine which items you want at the event.
3. Download and complete our Event Request Application Form
4. Fax the Event Request Application Form to Lisa, the program coordinator, at (844) 783-6246.

Once received Lisa will review your request and if The Team is available will schedule your event.
